While working for the Florida Department of Health, my team was under the division of Medical Quality Assurance (MQA). This division handles licensing and regulation for health care professionals in the state of Florida. The annual report is a comprehensive report on MQA's activities throughout the preceding year, and provides a roadmap for accomplishing the division's mission in the future. With the sheer length of this document, it had to be tackled by three designers at once. Our biggest challenge was keeping the design engaging throughout the document, while also keeping the document under our limit of 40 pages as requested by the Division Director and State Surgeon General.
