The Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance Strategic Plan Manual is a publication implemented on an annual basis to facilitate effective operations and to eliminate inefficiencies. This publication is about half as many pages as the annual report, and I produced it entirely myself. Similar to the annual report, the biggest challenge was keeping the design under the advised 25 pages.
